Session cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being considered attended for billing purposes. Aledonir will endeavour to reschedule where reasonable notice has been given.
Written programme documents, including dietary plans, macronutrient maps, and session summaries, are issued as part of the service. These documents are produced specifically for the individual client and are not transferable or suitable for use by any other person.
Dietary guidance is tailored to the individual based on information provided during the intake process. The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client directly affects the quality of the resulting plan. Aledonir accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete intake information.
