Initial Dietary Assessment

The foundation of every Aledonir programme. The initial assessment is a 60-minute structured interview covering current eating patterns, weekly physical activity, and weight balance context. Output is a written dietary map — the baseline document for all future consultation sessions.

During the assessment, the nutritionist records: daily food intake patterns across seven days, macronutrient distribution estimates, dietary preferences and restrictions, food preparation frequency, and movement and sport activity logs. Each data point is documented in the client file before any guidance is issued.

Service 02

Seasonal Food Planning

Quarterly review sessions structured around the seasonal produce calendar of Romania. Each seasonal revision updates recommended food groups, adjusts portion guidance, and documents new preparation suggestions aligned with what is available at Bucharest markets during that quarter.

The seasonal planning model reduces dependency on out-of-season imports, increases dietary variety across the year, and introduces natural variation in fruit and vegetable intake — factors consistently associated with nutritional adequacy in the published research literature on balanced eating patterns.

Winter produce review: root vegetables, brassicas, stored grains, preserved fruits
Spring plan: leafy greens, early berries, legume reintroduction, light protein sources
Summer mix: tomatoes, cucumbers, stone fruits, high-water-content foods and hydration guidance
Autumn transition: squash, apples, pears, increased complex carbohydrate planning

Service 03

Active Lifestyle Nutrition

Designed for individuals with regular sport, gym, or fitness routines. Food guidance is mapped alongside the training week — distinguishing between training days, rest days, and active recovery days. Macronutrient targets are calibrated to energy expenditure rather than set at a single weekly average.

The active lifestyle module covers energy distribution across different training load categories, pre- and post-activity food window guidance, hydration planning, and sport-specific whole food sources. The full record is maintained alongside the standard client dietary file.

Strength and Resistance Training
Higher protein distribution on training days, adequate complex carbohydrate support, recovery food windows documented.
Endurance and Cardio
Carbohydrate periodisation guidance, hydration planning, sustained energy food sources mapped to session duration.
Mixed Activity Programmes
Weekly food plan adapts to the mixed schedule — flexibility built into the guidance framework for variable training weeks.

Service 04

Weight Balance Monitoring

Scheduled progress reviews at four-week intervals. Each session compares the current dietary record against the baseline and previous entries. Observations on dietary adherence, contextual changes, and recommended adjustments are written into the client archive.

Weight balance at Aledonir is approached as a longitudinal documentation exercise rather than a short-term target. The programme emphasises consistent, verified food patterns over time — with each revision building incrementally on the preceding record rather than starting fresh.

Service Questions

Yes. The initial dietary assessment is the entry point for all other services. Clients may then add seasonal planning, active lifestyle integration, or weight balance monitoring as appropriate to their objectives. The nutritional education sessions are available as standalone or embedded within an ongoing programme.

All consultations are conducted at the Aledonir studio, Strada Mihai Eminescu nr. 73, Sector 2, Bucharest. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Remote follow-up reviews can be arranged after the initial in-studio assessment.

Clients are asked to maintain a written or photographed 7-day food diary before the first session. The diary need not be exhaustive — even approximate records of meal timing, food categories, and portion sizes provide sufficient baseline data for the initial assessment process.

Every plan is written from the client's documented baseline. Food preferences, routine constraints, physical activity patterns, and individual weight balance objectives all inform the guidance. No two plans carry the same composition, and every plan evolves as the client file accumulates more review entries over time.
